Cooper found himself in rescue for a second time when he was surrendered by his first adopter after three years. We knew Cooper was going to be more challenging than our first two fosters when he started yelping and whining when foster mom went in the garage without him. Crazy Coopie sure had a lot to say the first couple weeks. He was also terrified of thunder and fireworks. But he could definitely rock a bowtie and once he settled in with our pack, he played nonstop with our Pyrs Brophy and Lupin. Cooper finally started to play with our female Golden Retriever Ilona after nearly three months with us and right before he was adopted (Ilona's play style can be a bit intimidating for some). Cooper now lives near Portland, Oregon and loves hiking with his dad.
